Centennial Cascade with 1/2 2-Row and Wheat

This is homebrew #17 in our Centennial Cascade 2 Hop series. In this series we are making homebrews with Centennial and Cascade hops. I want to test out what malts, yeast go best with both hops. This version we go split between 2-Row and Wheat Malt. Here is the recipe I used for this small batch. 1.25 gallons into the fermenter:

1 LB 2 oz 2-Row

1 LB 2 oz White Wheat

.25 oz Centennial 60 min

.25 oz Cascade 10 min

.25 oz Centennial 5 min

.25 oz Centennial and Cascade dry hop day 3

US-05 yeast

6.89% ABV

Color: Golden yellow some haze

Smell: Wheat grapefruit

Taste: Low carb. Some floral. Grapefruit in the aftertaste.

Overall: No head and its clear. I wanted more grapefruit in the taste. You are getting it the aftertaste but it needs more. The wheat is doing something but I want more.
