Nugget Centennial IPA

For anyone following this 2 hop series this would be homebrew #22 in this series. For me this is 22-1 as I want to see how good of an IPA we can make with just Nugget and Centennial hops. This first one is just using the base malt. With hop times I think that would work. Recipe for this small batch:

2 LBS 8 oz 2-Row

.15 oz Nugget @ 60 mins

.25 oz Centennial @ 10 mins

.25 oz Centennial @ 5 mins

US-05 Yeast

.25 oz Centennial Dry hop 3 Days

Color: Bright yellow some haze

Smell: Hint of dank hop citrus. Maybe lemon citrus

Taste: Sour Cardboard

Overall: I hope the cap was not on right. No carb in this one at all. Sometimes your homebrew will not turn out right and this is one of the times. I do think it was the cap but we will have to wait until next month to find out.
