Using a system like this can help your fermentation. Oxygenation is vital to ensuring your yeast thrive during fermentation, reducing the lag phase and off flavor. When you boil your wort for 1 hr or move oxygen is taken out of the wort. A system like this will help you get that oxygen back into your beer.

I do have some issues with this kit. As I said in the videos the regulator did not seal for me. Northernbrewer did send me a new regulator, but that did not work. I still can't get it to seal. I have 4 bottles and I can only get it to seal on 1 bottle. Steve also had the same issue with this. Northernbrewer replaced his also.
