Nelson Sauvin SMaSH All Grain Homebrew W British Ale V Yeast is today's homebrew video. A SMaSH beer is a single malt single hop beer. Nelson Sauvin hops have aromas and taste of citrus to mango with gooseberry. You might also taste and smell hints of pepper and allspice in this hop. Here is the recipe I used for this SMaSH beer:

2 LBs 4 oz Rahr Premium Pilsner

.15 oz Nelson Sauvin 60 mins 10.8% AA

.25 Nelson Sauvin 10 mins 10.8% AA

.35 Nelson Sauvin Flame out 10.8% AA
